Ivernel x Karissima (GERMANY)
Kasimir is the full younger brother of Kosima, the reserve champion of the central mare show 2003 in Schleswig-Holstein. She was placed well during the Trakehner Saddle Horse Championship 2003 and came in second in the mare-of-the-year-competition 2003. Dam Karissima (NMS'96/92) was Trakehner year-of-the-mare winner 1999 in Neumunster and class winner at the federal show Schleswig-Holstein in 2001.
"Large-framed, comfortable and competent, this is how the premium Invernel son presents himself in a particularly harmonic lateral picture with optimal tri-partition of his athletic corps and good upper line. His elegant appearance is formed by good manners and three rhythmic basic gaits in aristocratic posture."
Kasimir's sire Invernel is considered to be one of the most valuable son of the legendary Arogno, responsible for the current most striking dressage dynasty of the breed.
Invernel passed a superior stallion performance test in performance class I, with a dressage index of 145.26 indices. His exemplary rideability was later on confirmed with dressage successes up
to class S.
Despite rather conservative breeding deployment, he produced two other approved sons. Premium stallion Pret a Porter as father of the most recent Trakehner champion stallion Le Rouge has to mentioned in particular. Invernel is guarantor for rideability which has been proven through his offspring' successes in all performance tests and age-appropriate sport events.
Kasimir's dam Karissima was federal mare champion 1999 in Neumunster and is, as daughter of Charly Chaplin (declared elite stallion in 2004), considered to be a breeding jewel. Charly Chaplin was serial champion in dressage S-class up to Grand-Prix Level and considered to be one of the most successful and consistent dressage horses of Trakehner breeding.
On the dam's side, the hereditary transmission of the genes of the legendary Arogno is further secured via the second dam premium mare Kastanie, daughter of Arogno. Karissima is full sister of Konradi, who started in 2004 at the age of eight years with impressive victories and high placing in the heavy dressage class. Her daughter Kosima, KASIMIR's full sister, was reserve champion of the central mare championship (ZSE), passed an outstanding performance test and was highly placed during the Trakehner Saddle Horse Championship 2003.
On the dam's side, KASIMIR represents the widely branched, influential and consolidated mare-dynasty of the DOHNA K-Family, which has produced, amongst many other important sires, the premium stallions Kennedy, Kupferberg Gold and King Arthur, the sport sires Kosmos, Kunzit, Kurfürst and Kornett and other successful sport horses like Kleopatra, Kronjuwel
